Laird Hamilton have been using hydro foils in his surf board, to surf
bigger and faster waves in the ocean, he’s been doing it for some time

Peter Steinacher hanno ideato un nuovo catamarano di 6 metri che sta
ridefinendo il modo di navigare in mare. La loro è una barca a vela che può
raggiungere la velocità strabiliante di 36 nodi, velocità che difficilmente
può essere influenzata dalle condizioni del mare. Così ci dovremo chiedere,
visto che non si naviga sulla superficie del mare, ma si utilizza un
idro-lamina per sollevare il catamarano sopra l’acqua ottenendo il massimo
della velocità … allora è questo il futuro della vela?

the trapeze otherwise I can see some serious injuries in the future.
